Product Delivery
Products delivered within Romania by Asociația MaiMultVerde are shipped via Fan Courier.
The courier delivery fee depends on the shipping address and is calculated automatically at checkout:
- For locations within Fan Courier’s national delivery coverage: starting from 14 RON.
- For locations outside the standard delivery zone: no additional fee is charged.
Delivery Time
From the moment the order is confirmed, delivery is made within 2–4 business days via Fan Courier.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during delivery, as this service is outsourced.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. We do not assume responsibility for delivery delays under these circumstances.
Return Policy
According to Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014), products purchased remotely may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be made using the same courier service as the initial delivery.
Non-compliant products cannot be returned, in accordance with Ordinance 130/2000, Chapter 2, Article 10.
The user must notify the Seller of their intention to return the purchased products by email at asociatia@maimultverde.ro, no later than 30 calendar days from receiving the products. Otherwise, the Online Store may refuse the return parcel. Courier fees for returns are borne by the Buyer.
The following information is required for processing a return:
- Shipping date of the parcel
- Order number
- Refund amount
- Bank account details
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet these conditions, such as physically worn, scratched, or damaged items.
The Seller will refund the order amount either to the original payment account or, in the case of cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account provided by the user.
In all return cases, products must be in the same condition as when originally delivered to the user.
